How to Submit a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Fair and honest treatment matters when you contact Admittedhaha Walk-In Tubs. Tell us if your experience falls short. This page sets out how to submit a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns We Accept
You may raise concerns about:
- Telephone or message contact with Admittedhaha Walk-In Tubs
- Our handling of your personal information
- Website details that appear wrong or unclear
- The conduct of a provider introduced through our service
Problems With Provider Work
Providers in our network run separate businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For concerns about work at your home, start with the provider where possible and keep written records.
Please also tell us what happened. Reports help us assess honesty within the network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Admittedhaha Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, administer warranty claims, refund provider work or represent the provider.
Details to Send
Write to contact@admittedhaha.skin with:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The telephone number used or form submitted, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A description of the issue and the action you are seeking
Reviewing Your Complaint
We acknowledge complaints by email, generally within a few business days. We then examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Further Review and Outside Help
If the reply leaves your concern unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be another option when the concern involves a licensed contractor.
